nosite.ie ("we", "us") designs, builds, and hosts websites on a monthly or yearly subscription. By signing up, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms.
When you place an order, you're giving us the go-ahead to start work straight away. We begin provisioning resources on your behalf immediately, including things like domain registration, hosting, and email setup. Because these costs are incurred upfront and can't be reversed, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive. Payment is collected at the time of order.
We charge upfront via Stripe when you sign up. Your first billing cycle covers six weeks to allow time for your site to be built (up to two weeks). After that, your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period, whether that's monthly or yearly. All prices are in Euro and are shown on our website at the time of signup.
Add-ons like analytics or email are billed separately as described on the pricing page.
You can cancel whenever you like. Just email us. There's no fee and no notice period. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for unused time.
Your site goes offline when your subscription ends. We'll hold onto your files for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, they're deleted. Your domain is always yours. We'll release it to you on request.
Everything you give us (your text, your images, your materials) stays yours. Your domain name is yours too. The code, templates, and design systems we use to build your site belong to us.
We do our best to keep your site up and running, but we can't guarantee a specific level of uptime. We're not liable for any downtime that might occur.
If something goes wrong on our end, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us over the previous 12 months. We're not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the changes here with a new date. If you keep using our services after a change, that counts as acceptance.
