Nosite is a web design and hosting service operated from Dublin, Ireland. You can contact us at hello@nosite.ie.
The only personal data we collect is what you submit through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and message. We do not store any data on our own servers. There are no user accounts, no cookies, and no server-side tracking.
Your contact form submission is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service. We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry. We also use privacy-focused analytics that collect anonymous page-view statistics without cookies or personal data.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you place an order, Stripe collects your payment card details, email address, and billing information. This data is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We do not store card details on our systems.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone. The third parties involved are Formspree (form delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and cookie-less analytics services (anonymous page-view statistics only).
Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, you can ask us to show, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Email hello@nosite.ie and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
If we update this policy, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
